Cancellation, Deposit & Refund Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of your multi-night stay
(or 100% of a one-night stay) will be required to confirm your reservation.
Your balance due will be charged on arrival.
All deposits (except ** below) will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee if we are notified
at least 14 days prior to your arrival. In most instances early departures
or late arrivals
will be charged for all nights of their original reservations.
**Holiday / Group / Extended Stay Reservations:
Full payment will be charged at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
All deposits will be refunded less at least a $25 cancellation fee per room
and only if we are notified
at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
